Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 9, 2026

DawnRidge Solutions (“DawnRidge AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights under Canadian privacy law — including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Information we collect

We only collect personal information that's necessary to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, and improve our website. The information we collect includes:

  • Contact details you provide voluntarily (name, email address, phone number, business name) when you book a discovery call, fill out a form, or contact us.
  • Business information you share with us during consulting engagements, such as your service offerings, operational workflows, and customer data you choose to connect to the systems we build.
  • Website usage data collected automatically when you visit our site — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time spent on the site. This helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve it.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you request.
  • Design, build, and operate AI systems for your business.
  • Send follow-ups and service-related communications.
  • Improve our website and services based on aggregate usage.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We will never sell your personal information. We will never use your business data to train public AI models.

3. Legal basis for processing

Under PIPEDA, we process your personal information based on your meaningful consent, the legitimate needs of our business to serve you, and any applicable legal obligations. By submitting your information through our website or working with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

4. Third-party service providers

We use trusted third-party services to run our business and deliver AI systems. These providers may process your information on our behalf, including:

  • Google Workspace — email and document collaboration
  • Vercel — website hosting and analytics
  • OpenAI and Anthropic — AI model providers for the systems we build
  • Stripe — payment processing (when applicable)
  • n8n, Make, and Zapier — workflow automation tools

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies, and some may store data outside Canada (for example, in the United States). When your information is transferred outside Canada, it becomes subject to the laws of the country where it's stored. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected.

5. Data retention

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. You can request that we delete your information at any time by emailing us at aidawnridge@gmail.com.

6. Your rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Withdraw consent for us to collect, use, or disclose your information (subject to legal or contractual restrictions).
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) if you believe we have mishandled your information.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at aidawnridge@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We take reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system is 100% secure, but we work with enterprise-grade providers and follow industry best practices to keep your data safe.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. For details, please review our Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Effective date” at the top. Significant changes will be communicated directly to clients when possible.
