These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DawnRidge AI website (the “Site”) and any services provided by DawnRidge Solutions (“DawnRidge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). DawnRidge AI is a trade name of DawnRidge Solutions, an AI consulting business based in Ontario, Canada. We design, build, and deploy custom AI systems for Canadian home service and real estate businesses.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of DawnRidge Solutions or its content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Any AI systems, custom code, or deliverables produced under a paid engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement's service agreement. In general, we believe in client ownership: you own what we build for you, and we don't lock you into proprietary platforms you can't leave.

5. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, we make no warranties or representations about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.
• The Site being free from errors, viruses, or interruptions.
• Specific business results you will achieve from any engagement with DawnRidge.

Testimonials and case studies on the Site represent the experiences of specific clients and are not guarantees of future results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DawnRidge Solutions and its founders, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
